You must keep your account information up to date. If your contact details, payment methods or personal information change, you should update your account promptly. dk1947 is not responsible for failed communications or payment delays resulting from outdated account information.
Accounts that show no login or activity for an extended period may be classified as inactive. dk1947 may apply an administrative fee to inactive accounts or close them after providing notice. Any remaining balance in a closed account will be handled in accordance with the withdrawal procedures set out in Section 5.
If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify dk1947 immediately. We will investigate and take appropriate action to secure your account.
All deposits on dk1947 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Platform supports the following payment methods for deposits:
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per payment method. Current limits are displayed at the point of deposit in your account. These limits may change from time to time.
Deposits must be made from a payment account or instrument that belongs to you. Third-party deposits — using another person's JazzCash, bank account or card — are not permitted and may result in the deposit being reversed and your account being reviewed.
dk1947 does not charge a deposit fee. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges. Any such charges are your responsibility and not recoverable from dk1947.
Funds deposited to your dk1947 account are held for gaming purposes only. Deposited funds do not earn interest. If you wish to return funds you have deposited, you must submit a withdrawal request as described in Section 5.
You may request a withdrawal of available funds from your dk1947 account at any time, subject to the conditions set out in these Terms. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible.
Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be met:

Withdrawals that cannot be completed due to incorrect account details provided by the user may be returned to the dk1947 account balance. It is your responsibility to ensure your payment details are accurate at the time of making a withdrawal request.
dk1947 may offer bonuses, promotions, free spins and other incentives to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. The general principles below apply to all bonus offers unless stated otherwise.
Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier that indicates how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before the bonus or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means PKR 30,000 must be wagered before withdrawal is available.
